Artist's Note
This is a picture of the mars landscape as it appeared to Spirit (JPL's mars rover) on January 13th, 2004.
It imagine myself on this landscape totally creeps me out.
A simple photo-manip. I cropped alot of the orginal photodata taking out all the ugly pieces of the rover that got in the way of the original photo. A humble gradient and hue adjustment and voila. cool for the idea and not the skillz.
peac outs BTW: check out JPLs website for the original photos I would like to see what u more creative types could whip up. I would love to see a theme based on a mars landscape.

-peace out

a cool idea, but since it's just a stock (?) photo colorized, can't give you a super huge rating. still, very easy to theme around, nice work.

That's really good. I wasn't sure by the thumb, but when I looked, and started using it- it works great with my setup. I love desolation/empty walls. So....good job.

Not bad, but has a few flaws. The horizon is a bit blurry. Overall pretty decent.

That is an awsome wall, for a photomanip. But I only with it was 1600x1200.

I really like this, it's minimalistic, the tones are great for sitting on the desktop and keeping the contrast of the icons/windows/taskbar.
Yeah, it is a stock photo underneath the colourisation, so not a huge amount of work, but then some of the best things in life are the simplist.
