Artist's Note

I made this in Photoshop 5.5. I was just foolin around, thought it looked cool and decided to upload it. I used 3 plug-ins. So sue me. It is a gradient w/ Plastic Wrap w/ 999 Twirl w/ Eyecandy 3.0 Jiggle. Freely distribute it, edit, etc. I got lazy so its only 1024x768.
