The vector work is not bad. The problem with this is the positioning of things. The girl does not look to be laying very comfortably, in fact that position looks awkward and painful. The water seem to go to high, and the wave looks off. I really like the version without the girl and the wave though...

ff is right about that girl... looks like her neck is broken and flopping around uncontrollably. also, you should pay more attention to lighting. i know you arent going for stellar realism, but if the sun is setting, you can't just put it at the horizon and leave the sky blue and the scenery unchanged. the sky should be pink/orange or something similar, the scenery should be darker and saturated differently.
