The shards towards the bottom might look better under some of the paint splatter. Other than that it looks great... nice splatter effect.

glad to see you uploaded it. i think that it would look better without the grey splinters. good contrast in color though and very usable. nice work.

the blue & pink works really nicely against the grey, but i'm really not feeling the render. tho it needs something there, that render isnt the solution imo ;)
