The center is pretty cool and so is the outer design, but using a soft glow on such neutral dark colors looks like you went crazy with the blur tool.

i like it but i dont really like the buildings in the middle. try to get rid of the mirror effect and just make a uniform layout with them. everything else is good (arrows, drips, lines etc)

The soft blur/glow/shadow thing you've got going on is wicked! But I think my eyes keep trying to get it in focus.
