i think this is way cool - its definitly got potential. like hermik said, mabye a little too much filter-ness, but otherwise, interesting. id suggest losing the area in the middle where the black bgk seems to get lighter, id make it all black.

just filters over filters dont make a good wall. more refinement would give it a more interesting touch.
