The tendrils I don't think do this justice
It still needs something more... maybe a texture in the render, maybe a touch of color. Read what feedback you got on your last vesion and on this one and take those to mind when your working on the next version. Good luck.

Hm. Somehow I don't think the glowing tendrils are the answer here. And, even though you said not to suggest it, well, I'm going to suggest it anyway: a little splash of color on the flower might not be such a bad idea :) And, as advent said on the previous version, the stem/leaves do seem kind of flat. You might want to look into rendering them in the same style, or just leaving it out all together (pun not intended).
