The clouds are a little to bright for that scene though. I really like the glowing effect you did for the buildings. Nice work.

That's pretty neat. I like that, the clouds look like day clouds though... try making them a little darker, or purplish, night clouds!

hmm i like that the clouds light upp the picture and stand out of the darkness =).. great.. but the stuff to the left and right i dont like..

I have only 2 recommendations. 1)Remove the rain from the central cloud, it distracts the eye in a way and 2)darken the clouds, make them maybe a purple-ish colour like WillyT suggested. Other than that, fantastic wall, I love it.

i think the brightness of the clouds distract a bit from the lights on the city. still, this is more than just a little cool. :)

i have those brushes too, nice. EDIT: Dude i swear those 'buldings' at the bottom look exactly like a brush set I obtained from DeviantArt quite some time ago, if you didnt use any then apologies. :) I'll go try find the url now.
