outline looks a littleshady, I dont really get the blur and then stop but it looks alright. I like the wallpaper behind him

it looks like you had a reference picture which was too small for a wallpaper, so you just filled the rest of the image with clone brush/textures -edit- yeah pixel stretch was what i meant to say

I'd use it if the figure was smoothed out and not jagged on the edges.
