I really like the fish figure, but I think it would look better on a plain blue gradient without the "water" part. It's a bit too hidden the way it is.

I like the idea of fish, and the partial submission in the water...it looks pretty real. Unfortunately the sky and the horizon look really out of place, and fake. You started with a great idea, one that is quite usable I might add, but you didn't do it justice with the background
