Artist's Note
The Slate-X Wallpaper features a very vibrant color scheme to lighten your Desktop.
I used a variety of shades of green with which I placed upon the canvas and blended them together. When I was happy with the result, I then added some Modern Graffiti, Line Art and Logos. I believe that a mixture of these elements produce a very modern and stylish effect, especially when placed upon such an outstanding background. I have been considering modifications to produce different variations of the wallpaper, such ideas like adjusting the color scheme, modifying the graffiti or adding additional imagery.
The wallpaper is also used as the Background for the Slate-X Logon, so having both applied gives a transition feel through the wallpaper, after logging into your user account. The wallpaper package comes as a .Zip, and includes 4 files. The wallpaper was created in Photoshop as the resolution 1600x1200, and the resolution was dropped down to 1280, 1152 and 1024 to resize the image with much better quality. Each resolution was saved as a High-Quality JPEG and are included with the .Zip.
