Artist's Note
Mosses and liverworts. I wanted to create a photo with abstract patterns and textures, similar to those seen in some abstract wallpapers. Taken near Carlsbad, New Mexico, USA in March 2005.
Two versions, the unretouched photo, and a slightly enhanced version emphasizing the abstract qualities of the photo.
Both versions in two aspect ratios 1600x1200, 1680x1050.
