A quite colorful Wallpaper. It does not use very bright colors, but it's a bit "restless" due to the effect I used to create depth.

I'd like to explain, but my version of PS is in German. I basically used the blue in the background and put the "circle" and "zooming" effect filter over it; the other two layers add the color. If you like, I can send you the PSD via e-mail. I can't explain it properly because of the language, sorry.
