The shot you used for the thumb reminds me of my http://customize.org/wallpapers/40510
Kinda interesting to compare and see different approaches, lighting wise.
The 4th image is my fave.
The floor texture repeats pretty poorly or is scaled kinda funny in all of them.
Are you still using Blender? If so I am mightily impressed. Your lighting looks good.
