I love shots like this. I downloaded it and noticed that (of course) with such a dark sky backdrop being revealed by the lights from the city, it's difficult to get rid of all of the graininess, but I did a simple run through with Noise Ninja and the shot still has it's beautiful spectacular lighting, yet the graininess is gone. If you don't mind, I can upload and pass you a link.
