Made completely in Photoshop. That hand is actually a scan of my right palm. This image was made to mimic, if you will, a semi-transparent plastic/glass look while keeping design aesthetics and detail at a high level.
Please view the FULL image, as all detail is visible, as with all of my images, upon full inspection.

Nice touch with the hand in there! I didn't care that much for the overall look of this one at first; But the more I look at it, the more I enjoy the uniqueness. I don't run around giving high ratings unless something is exceptional, and I think this fits that description.
