Wanted to create something with bright color without extreme photorealistic deep. Looks kinda like a .gif or something... Anyways, I like it.

Looks like you turned tutorials into wallpaper. Just about everything you've done in both of your submissions can be found in tutorials @ phong, deadreamer, planet photoshop and just about every other site that has photoshop tutorials. The colors epsecially look like phong. I'll give you 20 for effort, but you need some practice.

It's a start, kind of....
Please, GET RID OF THE TEXT!!!!! It makes it look so awful, that, and the eyes look a little out of place with the color scheme
