I'm being devils advocate tonight :). It's nice and simple, but has a nice style to it. I like how the blue stands out against the dark background.

The reason for it being simple.... i dont know how to do much else, i have only hade photshop for a little over a week.
Gimme a few more weeks and you might see something a little better.
