I like cartoon-y wallpapers. I like the colors of this to. However, I don't know what PWEI is, and could do without the text.

At first it looked ok, so I DL'ed it. Close inspection showed this to be a first-rate paper, original design, perfect execution, great craftsmanship, and a variety of sizes too. absolutely awesome work, many thanks.
