Wow...even without the text, it somehow brings those words to mind. I'm leaning towards the inspiration aspect of this whilst I rate it, but the technique is truly awesome as well.

leading, type, placement could be much better.
those 2 connecting bars could've been joined up better too but im sure you've found that out.
