How To Customize Wallpapers

Start up your favorite image editing program, locate and open the file of the wallpaper (usually “wallpaper”.jpg), and do whatever you want. But you can’t redistribute the edited version, unless on the submission page it says that “mods” – changing something for redistribution – are allowed. Otherwise, you can edit it for personal use.
