My 3rd winamp skin I ever made. This took me about a week or so and it turned out pretty good. Everything skinned. Download it and have fun.
This skin is made by val from glitchedart.com. Make sure to visit there for more skins and wallpaper. (glitchedart.com new v.8 just came out on feb17th)

Great, but... why does your volume indicator end at 28? Kind of a weird number. Is that the "glitch"?
