the font i used in the playlist is included in the .wsz, to use it, rename the file to .zip, extract nu.fon to any directory, then copy nu.fon in to windows/fonts.
i've had a few people say that the eq windows doesn't match the rest of the skin, but i was going for a analog slider feel, and i really like the way it turned out, but maybe if enough people complain i'll release a modified version some time in the future.
also, i'm using winamp 2.9 beta, and they apparently r moving to a new way to skin the avs, so i couldn't test out the avs window. if its buggy let me know, but it should be fine.
*** update i decided that i should explain a few things about this skin. First of all, my main inspiration for making this skin was the Blaupunkt San Jose car stereo reciever. that is y i called the skin 'punkt audio'. second, since it was based on a concrete object, i wanted to imitate a real stereo system. I made the equalizer to function as a real equalizer would where u use ur fingers to slide the knob. that is y i made a little lcd screeen at the top, and the rest is black 'plastic'. i put in the red to act as backlighting. i tried to make the sliders on the main window match, but i could not do so without majorly screwing up the fluidness of it. so for me, all the aspects of this skin have been well thought out and everything has been done the way it has for a reason.
if u don't like it, that is fine, every 1 has different tastes. i'm just trying to show that there is logic behind everything i do.
boah splat! a lot of work. a lot of work. looks like a pro skin. you added shadows and light effects to a max there. the equalizer isnīt the hell. but who cares i never have used it. sometimes in minimzed. the playlist is great! itīs not my style. but many many plus point for being brave and useing such colours. go go go !
