fixed a huge bug in the video window, tightened up the library window, its almost perfect, if only the scroll buttons in the library view matched the buttons in the mini browser. mabye someone can finish that and release it as final.
once again TO MAKE IT CLEAR, this is not my skin but just my interpretation of someone elses skin, you can view the readme file to see the website of the original author

I'm waiting for someone to do a revamp of the Hacked V3 skin for winamp 2.9. I'd trust this man here to do it.
