red/black owns, nice style. I'm not very happy about the large amount of leveled stuff.

As a skin alone, it's pretty mediocre. It works well with the suite, though I don't myself like the colors or the style.
gear - I'll try to provide some criticism now. The main thing that stuck out with me in this skin was the fact that there are only 5 (maybe 6) colors in this skin, and the two main colors clash in a way I don't like. I understand it's part of a suite, which I said it goes well with, but as a skin itself it can't much stand alone (at least not with any of my desktop setups). Also, the position bar and the EQ/PL buttons don't line up with the text bar, which is easy enough to fix and would eliminate the minor discontinuity created by the misalignment. Another thing - the titlebar buttons are kind of odd. I think this skin could work equally well with both the no-button setup as well as the standard full button setup, but I've never seen the halfway in between look. It's original, but somewhat deceptive, as it's not particularly easy to use but almost looks that way at first glance.
So those are my thoughts. And by the way, 75 isn't a bad score (at least not for us non-admins).

very nice design but not my favorite choice of color BTW: have you ever tried to make an icq-skin for completing your suite?

Flintsilver, the EQ and PL buttons couldn't be lined up exactly, without sacrificing the pressed state of the pl button, which I'd rather not do. The trackbar I suppose could be modified to level even, but without the eq and pl buttons matching, it would look even worse.
