The equalizer's titlebar looks a bit different than the pl and main windows, you should fix that. Otherwise, very nice skin.

nice!! and me likes the equalizer. but the "R" not a good idea.... mainly because the skin is all right-angled and the R is too round

I don't understand the different titlebars for main and eq, and the different font used. neither do I understand the use of that R and the changing background color of the playlist. I have to admit it does make me suspicious.

I'm with hermik here. I don't want to jump out and say it's a rip, but the main window titlebar is very out of place (and looks a bit too familiar). And yes, the R is ugly.
The lack of continuity in this skin makes me speculate much more than I would like to.
