Artist's Note

Well I started this skin months ago, but we kept pushing back the release of philly. It got pushed back so far that I started school and got too busy to make some of the changes that needed to be made. Thanks to qoa for making those changes for me.

**There was a small bug in the main window and I changed the playlist font to match the rest of the theme. So there are just some minor changes to the one that qoa submitted a while ago.



Big props to the whole vision league crew for the Philly Suite.

Look out for future visionleague releases.
