Elements of this are very well done. Solid color choice, thoroughly skinned (you even got the hard to reach bits like the PL visualization, cursor, and the easter egg), and a solid interface. ...buuuut... there are some details in the graphics which could use a second glance. The shadows are a little too deep on the buttons and text, the font choice is poor (I'd avoid text entirely on a skin of this style), and while the EQ style is as COOL AS HELL, it's choppy animation-wise. The multiple bevels in the metal (the left and right side of the eq for instance, and the top of the PL) don't work very well stylistically, they make the skin look kind of dated. You have some really cool ideas, and I'm left with the impression you just don't have the photoshop chops to execute them the way you picture them quite yet. Your work is improving skin by skin though, stay with it.
