As far as I can tell, this person never claimed to have designed the MooAMP skin. 50 pts goes to the actual designer for originality, though.

Not all skins need be serious. This is a good idea, I love the EQ cows with that stretchy neck thing, and the cow walking along the grass when the song plays, a good theme!
