Artist's Note
This is my second WinAmp2.x skin. The background is from a scan of a small circuit board, altered using PhotoDeluxe. I improved the text, buttons, and other things from the first Nuker-Amp.

Why the hell do this skin get twice so much different rating, and even more, a so worst rating for the 'upgraded' version ? When a skin gets improved, it has to get higher quotation, or am i wrong ?
