Artist's Note

I present my Second Windowblinds Skin, District RS Visual Style for Windowblinds 4.5. Once again being completely skinned, and part of a large suite.

The skin features:
+ Transparent Start Menu
+ 4 Substyles (Normal, Compact) (Non-English, English)
+ Toolbar Icons
+ Animations
+ Titlebar Sounds

This time around, I managed to make my way around Skinstudio alittle easier this time, and creating a Substyle was easy. But because the Standard Startmenu is so complex, Changing it to match the Compact Menu's requirements required alittle more work than expected.

Everything should be fully skinned, and the Fonts have been left quite standard on most of the system parts so everyone can read this time But, I did use the HOOG0550.TFF Font (Which is included inside the Skins folder after install, However the font should automatically install) on the Titlebar and Start menu.

I hope you enjoy this Windowblinds Skin, and the Suite, as much as I had fun making it. Most known bugs have been corrected, and there may be updates. Thanks to all who support me. Enjoy ;)
