Presenting Blister. Once again, producing a complete and final result. Known bugs fixed during development. If you find a problem let me know. Send me an email though please. I hope people understand that this is not a port of Susumu's Bister Styler Toolbar/Visual Style. I myself have actually viewed this theme now, and despite some of the similaritys between his and my skin, this is most definitly not a port. Not one image is identical to that included in his theme. I hope people can understand that this is perhaps another concept of the Vista design and should not be taken any further. Once people can start appreciating that, then I wont be so concerned anymore, But until then here are the features:

Im a scrub and have no clue on how to use this, where is the files that I must delete and replace with the ones I just downloaded? Is it in my windows?
sweet.. this theme just about sold me onto wb. looks like a minor glitch involving a divider graphic showing under the resizer "grip" in the bottom right corner of explorer windows, but that's nitpicking. awesome stuff!
