Tried to have a go at a 3D media player - it hasn't come out quite the way I wanted and I really don't like the displays in the middle but I'm finished with it now anyway...

Definetly a good start, probably not the best mp3player to skin because of reasons like the aliasing. But the effort shows. Keep it up.

The graphics are really ragged around the edges. I don't know if that's just the preview or if the actual skin is that way. Other then that I like it.

I'd have a go at playing around (vary the transparency) with a border overlaid on the edge, to see if a smoother edge could be achieved.
Other than that, it's a nice shiny metal thing =)

Yeah, the skin is like that - WMP doesn't support anti-aliased edges so there's not a great I can do about it :(
