Wow, good job! The only thing I would change, however, is the buttons. I mean, really, I'm sure it would look MUCH better if you designed your own buttons. :)

I would use this as my main theme ... love the colors, very relaxing, easy on the eyes ... BUT the window buttons are too hard to find quickly; otherwise -- perfect.
Any chance of enlarging the buttons???
