Artist's Note
I managed to put this together last night (it took 4 hours). Its my 17th StyleXP skin and its a combo of Cubix (my 6th), and Plasticaa (my 12th).
Its a bizarre mix of flat and 3d which gives it a clean look in 3 colors and takes WinXP as far from Luna as possible. Its meant to be a FUN skin...one that you may use once and awhile when tired of the norm.
Once again I've included a favorite wallpaper of mine by Mr Wizard entitled 'Pastel Globes'. It seems to suit all three colors of Hover quite nicely...thanks again Mr Wizard...get all his stuff here:

NOTE: DON'T FORGET TO INSTALL THE FONT! Just drag it to your c:\Windows\Fonts folder.

Different and somewhat usable but the buttons could be better, I think if the buttons were updated that you might have a winner here.

i think the concept is good - i am a huge fan of minimalism though... but even so, the bubble-y title bars are in a way kind of appealing to me- and i think that they could possibly work IF the rest of the theme was completely toned down quite a bit- especially the start menu- let the bubbled title bars be the star of the theme- they are more than enough decor on their own & don't need other bells and whistles and bubbled objects to compete with- so everything else that is glassy and bubble-y ~ (the max/ min/ close buttons; the menu drop-down arrows; tabs; buttons such as "ok" , or "apply"... anything glassy/bubbled aside from the title bars) ~ should all be completely simplified - again, esp the start menu-
BUT, like I said, i personally like themes that are simple and clean, so keep that in mind when you read the above feedback- everything that i have said is what would make it appealing to someone with my tastes - i think you obviously have talent- just dif taste is all! so keep on keepin on with your creativity bc i certainly cannot fault you for that. =^._.^=
