Artist's Note
I updated a good bit from the first entry. I redid the start button and the taskbar buttons to make them less 98-ish. I shaved the titlebars down, both the maximized and non-maximized versions. I redid the help button, using an actual question mark now. I redid the user pane, making it a bit more appealing, with some depth to it. I also added a shellstyle, covering the Control Panel windows as well as the User Account windows. I kept the light Silver color scheme. Finally, as always, feedback and comments are welcome.

There are ways to make this look sharper with a more symmetrical look and feel. If you dont mind me picking apart your work might I suggest that you make a version with the edges rounded, a different font color, totally remade start menu, and finally add some contrasting lines to the menus to give them a 3d feel because right now its too flat.

That is just nothing new...after a time it's boring to see the whole time the saime, sry.
Also the colors don't match 100%...
Maybe I'm the only one, but I just wouldn't even have recognized it, if it wasn't customize, who presented your skin.

hey i gotta question how do you modify the TASKBAR COLOR??? i tried everything but i cant!!! and how do you modify the windows (i can only modifiy the windows that appear on the "appearance" menu...
