I like it's simplicity. Two suggestions, lose the shadow effect under text, make the start button a small icon instead of text (it suits the theme better).

Reminds me of somewhat of OutLine, but not as good. May be if you can give it a less muted and less usual color theme. I'm never fan of people trying to hide the text on the right side of the startpanel (control panel etc). Actually I like the text for the start button, but if you incline to amke a pic icon for people's demand keep a sub-version where we can still choose"text" label instead.

the start button and the glow on the titlebar text really hurt it, and like you said its not really complete. once you finish it, tho, it will be a nice theme.

I like this, all except the start menu, and a few minor things, like the shadowing on the text in the titlebars, etc.

so few VisualStyles made are actually usable in every day situations. Most are just for show. Thank you for making one that most normal people can use.
