This is great, i didn't think there was much to improve from STATIC-VS as far as evolution of BLACKOUT visual styles, but I stand corrected with this release. What I find some useful about this VS is the white border around the taskbar makes it applicable to a wide variety of wallpaper colors. I'm expecting a lot of ports and remixes of this one, if VL permits them. :)

i dont like it at all .. opera looks just ugly with some black mixed in here and there and you cant read any folder text at all. neither usefull nor pretty.
