you have seen something very similar before. haha. I'm pretty sure it's United by the United Customizers I THINK... This isn't my niche so I'm not gonna comment on this particular vs. Altho I love that floral pattern, it'd be hot for a bg.

A stripped down version of .United. I feel the floral pattern is overused. Perhaps a bit more clever integration of it would have come off better for me. For example not having the entire taskbar and program bg list covered in it. Its not that complex of a pattern to hold its own like that. Work more on the tabs and buttons, and try to at least change the .United caption buttons and start button. Other than that its decent, keep on working.
