Artist's Note
Tarragon Aero NS85 for TrueTransparency.
These skins are for the application TrueTransparency, version 0.8.x or higher. TrueTransparency allows true alpha-blended (transparent) window borders. It can be used on XP along with msstyles (visual styles).
The zip file contains 2 skins, with and without maximize buttons.
The msstyle in the screenshot is my Tarragon VS; the wallpaper in the screenshot is my Tropical Leaves and Flowers.
