Ionno if it's my monitor, tho I'm inclined to think it's not seeing as this is a relatively new laptop I'm using, but I'll never be able to understand people who don't like to be able to read what's on their screens :P

well there is some personal taste involved no doubt but there is little contrast between the text and the rest of the window, so lcd or not.. but its nice in any case, dont want to sound all negative, to each his own..

looks great. the tones reminds me of shaded which is a good thing :). haven't tried it out yet so i can't say anything the readability.

Well, it must be a monitor-related issue because everything is very easy to see for me. I am using a Viewsonic A90f+ CRT, so perhaps the problem is LCD-related?
