great job here, tho personally I'd need quite a bit more contrast between the explorer color and text, since I'm only using windows for work notebook these days this would kinda bug me to work with everyday.
Allthough the tabs in firefox look messed up, guess cause I haven't changed em with userchrome.

Actually, I have a question (probably a dumb one) how come in the preview it shows all three caption buttons in two of the substyles? I don't see them when I use it, even in inactive state. I could be missing something though.

The mustard yellow in the start menu kills it for me, but thats what mods are for :D Other than that, the dark version is quite sexy.

I am sure that it would be too late as I am sure that the artist has moved on but..
I need a Firefox skin which is made of icons only.. The visual theme skins firefox quite well however left over are the original icons for firefox. Firefox 3 beta 4 icons are a little better but not quite what I want.
Is anyone planning to create a skin for FF, and how hard would it be to get approval on creating a skin using the design theme from amana/four08 and possibly a few of the icons?

As much as I love this style, as much do I hate it - for not being comfortable for the eyes! How can one place light grey text on white background?! And in the dark version of the theme, the content-info on the head of a window is completely swallowed by a black hole, it seems. Not good! A good look is not everything - it has to work. Try to see it like a girlfriend. ;-)
Sad. If nothing changes, I've to stick with the theme "area o4.1".

Yeah, sadly that's not possible since visual styles don't support alphablending, you could match it to light or dark walls, but that would not be very user friendly. But with WindowBlinds you can, i'm trying out making my first skin for it right now, i'll put a screenshot of that up later today =D
