This was my dad's request a simple DR.WHO theme skin. I hope others enjoy it as much as he does.

its good to see you are trying, but generally the best skins are skins that fit well with other themes, and this doesn't really seem to do that, but it may not matter as those that are serious about skinning normally use miranda or trillian.
Anywayz there is room for improvement if you want to make GREAT skins

thank you i appreciate everything you've said..i mean you didn't judge my skin badly i didn't understand what you meant about it not blending in with other themes though..as everyone has their own different themes that might blend in very well...we are each our own person full of our own ideas.
