To install extract the zip file in:
...:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Shared\Graphics\
then run Y! Messenger click on messenger menu \ change skin.

Sorry but are you kidding me? YM's released a full 9.0 version out there for a couple of days bro. There is no considerable error so far, moreover, it supports lots of stuffs and build up some brand cool new skins in, included a glorious black one compatible with Vista, by default.
By the way, if you wanna use YM 8, there is also a Full Release, dun have to make a skin on a Beta, do you?
