looks nice but I get an error saying "Theme Rouge was inapplicable" when trying to use it
I figured it out. In the theme.ini file you must have accidently spelt it "rouge" instead of "rogue" changing alll the "rouge"'s to "rogue"'s fixed it up

WORMGERM: try putting it in a folder of a different theme like the win2k one and rename the files.

After I had to correctly rename the file, and was able to apply the theme.. only 3 icons took effect: http://tinyurl.com/7f4jk
